  • 1/2 avocado, peeled
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk or coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil or mint, minced


Place ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
